In relent years,higher vocational education in our country develops quite fast.A new energetil higher vocational education system. generally.suited to our social mo-derni zation have come into being developmant of higher vocational teaching,enhan-the macrocontrol and guidomle,allording to the spirit(2004.16号) Issued by Educational Ministy Concerning with the inform of developing the overall evaluation about higher vocational institutes cultivating qualitied personnell, combined with the educational reality of higher vocational institutes in our areas,carring out the national policies:Consolidae,deepen, improvement,devtlopment.conceming with higher education,altively meeting the needs of economic cons truetion and social development in innermongolia autonomous region,we should concentrate.on training qualified,personnel for this profession as well as regional production. administration,and service which needs such dind of qualified qersonnel who at willing to go remote area,who are willing to stay somewhere, who are qualified,who qossess a strong practical ability and good personnel and intelligence support with the development of the process of.industialization,information of fenming,animal husbandry.Based on the principle:promoting corstruction,reform and adminishation by evaluation,combining evaluation with construction,centering on construction,strengthening governance and overall arrangemant, Schools should fix positoin correctly by taking the oppotunity of evaluation,which stick to the aims for service,and employment.Also, they should go in for such kind of developmental way that combine production and learning and nesearch and enhance the basic teaching construction,deepen teaching reform.in higher vocational institutes, in prove teaching qualities.in higher vocational institutes orerall. so as to serve elonomic constnution.This research analyzed the pesent.PE teaching situation of higher vocational institutes in Honhot Inner Mongolian using references, questionnaire.and interview,etc.This thesis provieds a the oretical basis for these institutes to becone more standard,improve their. quality of teaching and schooling talents.The research have got the following conclusions:1.Teaching evaluation improve higher vocational institutes' supervisal though-ts,PE teachers constnution,PE basil teaching facilities,PE counrse reform,PE tea-ching administration,and sports activityies out side.Moreover,it is allepted by teachers and students.2.Through teachingevaluation,PE teaching of higher wcational in stitutes.in the districts of Hohhot gradually move towards standard. Each higher vocational guidance thorghts,clear their thinking of PE teaching work,strengthen schools 'concentration on PE teaching, improve their PE teaching conditions,realize the importance of teachers construction,enhance the strength of constructing Teachers,advance the basic PE teaching construction and teaching reform.3.Through evaluation,some problems on PE teaching hart been found in the distriots of Hohhot,such as:backward thoughts,less reform consciousness,lower qualities.of the whole teachers,shortage of basic facilities,weakness of managemant,shortage of special and innovatory programs,weakness of students' practical ability and innovatory spirit.etc.
