When we carry out quality education and develop the spirit of innovation and practical ability in politics class, the key is to change teachers' teaching methods and students' study methods. Especially we must change the method in which the students' only receive what their teachers teach. For quite a long time our teaching lacks the spirit of innovation, lacks the ability to practice, meanwhile the single and passive. Learning style isn't in harmony with the development of society. It is an important subject for every basic educator to face and research how to improve the traditional teaching and how to raise teaching quality and how to make the educated students fit in with the need of knowledge and economic society. In present situation, it has already become an urgent problem for school teachers how to specifically and effectively carry out exploring teaching in all subjects.A variety of methods in this article are used to explore the exploring teaching on senior ideological politics in a systematic way. Altogether it has 6 parts. The first part is about the basic problems' research. This part is composed of exploration, exploring teaching, and the concept of senior ideological politics, the features and the theoretical foundation of exploring teaching. The second part is about the current situation of exploring teaching at home and abroad .The third part is mainly about its importance. The fourth part is about the implementation of strategies, which includes the strategies and approaches of creating situations and raising questions and implementing the exploration and training reflection. In this part some cases including new lessons and revision Lessons are used to prove that exploring teaching method can improve the students' analyzing problems and problem -solving abilities as well as the students' learning and innovation capabilities. Besides, exploring teaching will be better applied in senior politics through reflection.This research will help improve the traditional teaching style, class teaching efficiency and quality a lot. It will have some reference value.
