China has been the first export country with the fast economic development, and trade protection is raised under the financial crisis, trade friction with China is not reduced but increased. Add the pressure of RMB appreciation and energy shortage, the international trade environment is a severe test to China. How to resolve these problems become an issue China must to think, and trade facilitation help relieve these problems.This paper from our practical situation, analysis and summarize the process, profits and costs of trade facilitation comprehensively. First, this paper introduce the theory of trade facilitation, indicate the definition and content of trade facilitation. Then, make analysis of the current situation of China and developed countries. China has been making great progress in trade facilitation recent years, yet some problems still exist. Effective solutions of those problems will accelerate China's foreign trade, reduce business cost, and improve international competitiveness of both corporations and products. Last through the demonstration evaluate the level of trade facilitation, pose related suggestions established the point of developing country.From the analysis of this article, two correlation factors must be noticed to promote the trade facilitation of China. As to the trade procedure, we should continue to reform in the field of Custom, Distribution, Inspection and Exchange; As to the government and company factors, one is to strength the government regulation and control of the trade facilitation program , we should increase the infrastructure construction of trade facilitation, especially the software and information system rapidly; two is to add the importance of trade facilitation of enterprise. We should promote trade facilitation cautiously and change the challenge of financial crisis to opportunity of development.
