Research And Design On Incentive Mechanism Of Shenyang Agricultural Bank

With China's access of WTO and financial globalization, some foreign capital banks and national stock banks have attracted a great number of excellent financial talents from our four state-owned commercial banks by means of the advantages of its incentive mechanisms. The laggard incentive mechanisms of our state-owned commercial banks have become the neck of restricting its reform and development. Therefore, now it is of realistic significance for state-owned commercial banks to construct a scientific, reasonable and efficient incentive mechanism.On the basis of a great deal of western incentive theories and some other bank's successful methods, the paper sets Shenyang Agricultural Bank as the example, focused on its present situation and existed problems, reconstruct the incentive mechanism of Shenyang Agricultural Bank, which could provide our state-owned commercial banks with great references.In the course of analyzing the incentive mechanism of Shenyang Agricultural Bank, this paper designs a distinctive and efficient incentive mechanism program from both the physical and psychic aspects. In physical incentive mechanism, it separately shapes the compensation systems for administrative staff, sales staff and operational staff. In psychic incentive mechanism, consulting some theories and absorbing the good respects of different foreign banks' incentive mechanisms, the paper first designs some psychic incentive methods, which are suitable for all the staff in Shenyang Agricultural Bank. Second, it designs an individual psychic incentive scheme according to the behavior characteristics of different types of staff, who respectively work on administrative post, sales post and operational post. Moreover, the paper also analyses the methods which should pay great attention in order to assure the effective implementation of Shenyang Agricultural Bank incentive mechanism.
