Keeping up appropriate flow for staff can input fresh blood continuously, give energy to enterprise with absorbing good staff and dismissing bad staff. But staff flow ratio is high, enterprise have not stable staffs to support, so enterprise will face the risk of washing out from market. Lost staff is lost of valued resource for enterprise, it can cause huge expense. Lost of staff has grand influence for company, person is important for development of company, so company must give more recognition to this problem. How to decrease lost staff is a important topic which medium and small enterprise need to research during development.Relative theory and current politics and economy environment explain its inevitability, make the comprehensive theory analysis with lost staff current status, company should know the difference between lost of staff and flow of staff, scaling lost of staff and grasp the disposal principle lost of staff. There are 3 reason for lost of staff, company reason: management of company is bad and idea of person management is not ok;exterior reason: attitude of society to lost of staff, supply and demand influence from labor market, attract from compete company.;Individual reason: staff's interest, plan for work career etc.Lost of staff is very serious for medium and small company, company's size is small, salary and welfare is bad, lacking company culture and less inspirit system can cause lost of staff. Company should know threaten from lost of staff during the development of company, company should improve manager's understanding for lost of staff, company set up good management ,company should set up invigorative and harmonious company culture environment in order to decrease lost of staff, company should control and manage lost of staff, improving lost of staff with crisis predict management and dismission analysis, take action to decrease expense when staff flow out. HA company take a series of measure for staff flowing out after July this year, HA company improve attraction from company and decrease recessive lost and keep up stable staff, working efficiency and quality also improve at the same time.
