Company culture is the origin of a company's competitiveness and sustainable development, which is also indispensable for tobacco companies. Presently, with the pressure from external competition and internal reforms, many tobacco companies start to pay attention to company culture. However, many misconceptions occur during its construction. How a tobacco company should develop its culture becomes a key issue, which deserves special attention and efforts from the management of tobacco industry.This paper , emphasizing the issues of culture construction of in tobacco industry of our country, through the analysis of its development history and present situation of tobacco industry in our country and the status quo of its company culture, puts forward the company culture construction strategies of domestic tobacco industry . To explain how to construct company culture in practice better, this paper is illustrated with large quantities of case in the industry, with hopes to provide some guidance for company culture construction of our country's tobacco industry.This paper is divided into six chapters, and the main contents of each are as follows:Chapter 1, Introduction. It demonstrates the background and aim of the author's research and establishes the mode and framework of this paper's research.Chapter 2, Literature Review. It clarifies the definition and functions of company culture and elaborately introduces the main theories adopted by this paper, which includes two company culture diagnosis theories and a company culture construction theory.Chapter 3, the Diagnosis and Analysis of the Current Company Culture in Domestic Tobacco Industry. It analyses the present situations of Domestic Tobacco Industry and adopts the"7S"framework modal and"Denisen Company Culture Modal"to make an all-rounded scan, diagnosis and analysis of the status quo of the company Culture of the domestic tobacco industry. At last, a conclusion of status quo of company culture is gived.Chapter 4, the Construction Strategies of Company Culture Construction in Domestic Tobacco Industry. Based on the general situation and the results of the scan of status quo of company culture in domestic tobacco industry, the author puts forward two modals and three features for company culture construction in tobacco industry. After that, the author gives out the suggestions on how to design activities to push company culture construction forward in this industry.Chapter 5, Conclusions. The author makes a brief summary of the research of this paper and points out the innovations and path for future research.
