In the time of knowledge-driven economy, the human resources are the first resource of an enterprise. More and more competition between enterprises displays the competition of staff quality and learning ability. The human resources management in an enterprise becomes particularly important, and the basic way to develop human resources is training. The real estate market of China has entered a intact cycle for 7 years in 1990s since the decline phase of the end of the 1980s. After that, it entered the gold cycle of a new round of real estates in 1998. Since last several years, it has been in a steady development period because of the national policy. And meanwhile, the competition between real estate enterprises becomes more and more fierce. In a sense, the competition of products, service and fund is the talents' competition. Enterprises have gathered the motive power of development through talents. On the contrary, talents have realized the expected value of life through enterprises. The most important problem for the real-estate enterprises is how to develop and manage human resources. Because the real estate industy only developed for 20 to 30 years in China, the training of human resources for the real estate business has not being systematic and professional. I study the current situation of training base on the theory of staff training in this text. Regarded a company in Xiamen as the real example, I analyze the situation of human resources training of this firm, and put forward the training scheme on its existing problems. This text attempts to bring certain inspiration for introducing and implementing staff training effectively in this kind of enterprise through studying the training schemes of staff of real estate enterprises.
