The nineteenth major reports of the party puts forward that the strategy of Rural Revitalization should be implemented and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas should be accelerated.In 2018,the central government No.1 document proposed that rural revitalization and industrial prosperity are the key points.The agricultural industry of the new era breaks through the development pattern of the first industry of traditional agriculture,speeds up the second industry that focuses on the intensive processing of agricultural products,and promotes the extension of the third industry,such as the circulation of agricultural products.To promote the convergence development of primary,secondary and tertiary-industry is an important way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.At present,our country social economy has developed into a "new normar" period,agricultural development has entered a new stage.In rural areas,new changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of industrial development.But the basis for agricultural development remains weak.Previously simple,extensive agricultural production methods cannot continue.The rural development vitality is insufficient,need to sum up the experience,explore a new development path.This paper studies on the path of integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary-industry,and provides the scientific evidence basis for the development of rural development in the new era,which is complete,functional and rich in industry.In this background,this paper takes Lianjiang which is rural industrial convergence development with the national pilot demonstration county as typical path of industrial convergence development region.On the basis of in-depth analysis of Lianjiang county industrial development situation,adhere to the county industry development stage and development level,the best principles of industrial advantages,the principle of multiplier effect significantly,the principle of social and economic effect best,the strongest growth momentum principle of four leading industry selection principles,using shift-share analysis method combined with comprehensive index evaluation method,determines the lienchiang county leading industry of convergence development in the future.Based on the selection results of the leading industry,this paper discusses the development path of industrial integration with the leading industry as the core industry according to the actual industrial development of lianjiang.The main conclusions are as follows:1)Shift-Share index and comprehensive index score show that the first industry,agricultural food processing industry and tourism are of higher score.This indicates that the three industries are the advantage departments with strong competitiveness,solid development foundation and good development potential.The three industries have great contribution to economic development and are suitable as leading industries in Lianjiang.2)Based on the perspective of industrial chain construction and the development characteristics of the leading industry,Lianjiang should take the first industry as the foundation and merge with the second,third industries to integrate and extend the development of industrial.These measures can develop the compound agriculture,build the industrial integration chain,and build a new type of agriculture.3)According to the result of Lianjiang industrial chain building and industrial concentration,it can construct three industrial convergence zone with its terrain characteristics and industry development that depend on the sea,mountain,plain.Relied on the traffic trunk roads and rivers,coastal as the skeleton,Lianjiang can construct three industry belt along the rivers,sea and roads.Industries of Lianjiang will form of "point-line-plane" industrial new pattern eventually which is convergence development of primary,secondary and tertiary-industry.
