Study Of The Civil Service Examination System In China

Through the comparative researching, this thesis is willing to analyze the problem of Chinese civil servant assessment system and the necessity of reformation, furthermore willing to suggest some solutions for the above problem.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part briefly reviews the development history of assessment system of Chinese ancient officer and Chinese civil servant.The second section makes a account on content and function of Chinese civil servant assessment system.The third part makes a systematic study on problem of Chinese civil servant assessment system.The forth section summarizes foreign civil servant and modern company assessment system in order to be used for reference.On the base of the former analysis, suggests to the way of contribution to consummating Chinese civil servant assessment system and some practical countermeasures at last.
