The article based on the severe current employment situation of Chinese university students, combined with the theory of university students'comprehensive quality and career decision-making self-efficacy, through questionnaire, and then use independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation method, analysis characteristics of university students'comprehensive quality and career decision-making self-efficacy, and the relationship between them. The article draws the following conclusions:(1) University students'comprehensive quality exist differences among gender, birthplace, grades, whether the student cadre and major. More boys than girls prefer to pursue self ability's development, the boy scored above the girl dimensions in teamwork and self-examination, information collection and having goal; the rural student obviously is superior to the town student in teamwork and self-examination; the rural student is more care developing having goal, self-ability and solving problem skill than the town of student; the junior student obviously scored above the senior student in teamwork, self-examination and having goal; the junior student pay more attention to develope understanding ability, self-development ability and solving problem skill than the senior student; student cadres obviously scored above not student cadre in teamwork, self-examination and having goal; the science student obviously scored above the engineering student, the economic and management student in teamwork and self-examination, having goal and self-development skill. Major characteristics dimensions does not exist significant differences in understanding ability, information collection and analysis, solving problem skill.(2) University students'comprehensive quality exist significant differences among gender, birthplace, grades and whether the student cadre. The boy scored higher than the girl dimensions in self-assessment, information gathering, goal selection, making plan and solving problem; the rural student scored above the town student in self-assessment, goal selection, making plan and solving problem; the town student scored higher than the rural student in information collection; the junior student obviously scored above the senior student in self-assessment and information gathering; the junior student scored above the senior students in goal selection, solving problem and making plan; student cadres obviously scored above not student cadre dimension of solving problem.(3) Researching on the relationship between college students'comprehensive quality and career decision-making self-efficacy, dimensions present extremely significant positive correlation. (4) About forecasting college students'comprehensive quality for career decision-making self-efficacy, teamwork and self-reflection, having goal, information collection and analysis ability, self-development capability and solving problem ability directly effects career decision-making self-efficacy; comprehension has indirect effect career decision-making self-efficacy.
