With the quickly development of science and technology, multimedia technology, network technology and other means of modern information technology is widely used in education and teaching; information technology has become the engine power of education development by leaps and bounds. Mathematics as a subject that closely linked with our life has also affect people’s lives to some extent, so information technology and mathematics integration has been widespread concern in the field of education.This paper mainly use the literature method, case study method, through amounts of literature research and analysis combine with the practical cases of education technology application skills speaking lesson contest and information technology and primary school mathematics integration curriculum during the internship witch I listened to, classified and analysis the integration point between information technology and primary mathematic classes and bring forward the effective application of information technology in the classroom teaching strategies combined with the characteristics of elementary school mathematics curriculum. he paper first elaborate the background and significance of the thesis, and analysis the status quo of the information technology and mathematics integration at home and abroad; Secondly, the theoretical basis and principle exploration of the information technology and primary school geometry integration from integration theory, learning theory, teaching theory,characteristics of primary school mathematics and other aspects, analysis of the means of IT support, IT teaching and learning environment, and integration teaching mode under a variety of information technology teaching environment in primary school mathematics curriculum.Meanwhile, classified and analysis the integration point and bring forward the effective application of information technology in the classroom teaching strategies combined with the characteristics of elementary school mathematics curriculum. Lastly, clarify conclusions, reflect on the inadequacies of the study, and summarizes the notes of the application of information technology in the primary school mathematics classroom according to the internship experience and research experience.A classifying analysis of the combination between information technology and primary school mathematics can improve teaching quality and optimize the teaching effect. It has a positive effect in improving the students’ mathematics ability.
