My Undergraduate Teaching Quality Assessment Indicators And Protection System Of International Research

Nowadays every aspect of higher education has been internationalized, teaching with high quality is the vitals of universities' persistent development. Teaching quality guarantee system is a management tool to stimulate the teaching activities to develop in a expectant way. Frame a scientific and reasonable evaluating targets system is the key point to conduct a teaching quality evaluation. The main task of letting China's higher education to be internationalized is to establish the universities' teaching quality evaluating targets and guarantee system. It not only should be adapt to China's situation under the consideration of the characteristics of China's higher education and the right of self-determination endued by the law of higher education, but also should be accord with international practice.This paper is based on the total quality management and education evaluation theories. It begins with concepts of teaching quality guarantee and elaborates the conception of universities' quality, the principle and procedure to establish teaching quality evaluating targets and guarantee system. It discusses the teaching quality evaluating targets system after the comparison and analysis of the actuality, key points, characteristics of the whole mechanism of universities' teaching quality evaluating targets and guarantee system conducted in and out of the country. This paper tries to give some suggestions of how to establish a teaching quality guarantee system from all process of teaching, how to frame an internal teaching quality guarantee handbook and tries to apply it to the practice of universities' teaching quality guarantee directly.
