Shaanxi Province Regional Innovation System

Regional innovation ability is continue power of regional development, as regional characteristic of world economy is more distinct day by day, building a regional innovation system in this region even in larger region become a new mode of regional economy development. Regional innovation system is subsystem of regional economy and whole society, the innovation ability produced by this system will influence the speed and mode of regional economy development. In exoteric today, all region of our country also regard the regional innovation systems' build, especially in western no-develop area, innovation is more meaning than other area. Build a large regional innovation system in western area, not only helping all provinces break away from depending on nature resource and policy, but also helping them find new point of economy increase, achieve regional economy development by striding mode as quickly as possible. The author of this text will discover some attitude of regional innovation system, regional innovation ability etc. from old theoretics, will try to perfect some old theoretics, in base of actuality of Shannxi province' s regional innovation system, put forward some thinking about building regional innovation system in western no-develop area, improving regional innovation ability, through analyzing problems step by step, put forward some advices by myself.This text used some research methods, for example literature, stat, quantitative analysis etc. I read some research productions which is studied in or outside China, I also connected theoretics with fact and research completely, the content of this research include 3 facets:1. In base of summarizing up and reaching some theoretics which is studied in or outside China, put forward some cognition which is about the theoretics of regional innovation system, the theoretics of regional innovation ability, the connection between regional innovation and regional economy development.2. Look back innovating history of Shannxi province, in base of innovation body, innovation resource, innovation circumstance, analyze the actuality of Shannxi province' s regional innovation system, analyze their influence to regional innovation ability one by one.3. After finding the problem of Shannxi province' s regional innovation system, put forward some advice, and actively find approach of innovating together between Shannxi province and northwest on-development area. After comparing and analyzing, educe this conclusion: Shannxi province absolutely has ability which can radiate his innovation ability to other northwest on-development area, build a large regional innovation system in northwest area together.
