Based on the EPCD put forward by Gati, Krausz and Osipow(2007) and combined with inferiority and coping efficiency, this research tries to explore the features of graduate career decision-making difficulty and discuss the relationship among difficulties in career decision-making,inferiority and coping efficiency.Questionnaires chosen from《EPCD》compiled by Gati,《Graduates inferiority scale》compled by Meng Jiahong and《Coping Efficacy Questionnaire》by Tong huijie have been done by some graduates from universities in Wuhan, Hubei province. The results are as follows:1.There are not so many difficulties in graduates'career decision-making as a whole, the most difficult is anxiety subscales and then negative idea subscales, the last one is self identity;2.The difficulties of graduate career decision making tested by EPCD show significant differences in college, major and gender. Besides, there are also significant differences in whether graduates have done part-time jobs and received career consulting3.After making a correlation analysis among inferiority, coping efficiency and career decision-making difficulty, the result shows that there are significant correlation among them.4.The result of regression analysis shows that there is no mesomeric effect on the influence of inferiority on career decision-making difficulty. Then taking inferiority and each factor of coping efficiency as independent variables and taking difficulties of career decision-making as dependent variable, multiple regression analysis and step-wise regression analysis have been conducted. The results show that personality inferiority, learning inferiority and contacts inferiority enter the regression equations, and can forecast 36.2%of career decision-making difficulties; degree of self-confidence and competency in coping efficiency enter the regression equations, and can forecast 13.4% of career decision-making difficulties.5.For a further exploration on how inferiority and coping efficiency influence on career decision-making difficulties, Taking inferiority and coping efficiency as independent variables and career decision-making as dependent variable, double factor analysis has been carried out. The result shows that inferiority and coping efficiency have significant interaction effect on career decision-making difficulty; and the writer also finds that there is significant simple effect after conducing posttests simple effect significantly; Coping efficiency's effect on career decision-making difficulties change a lot on different inferiority level; Inferiority's effect on career decision-making difficulties change slightly on different coping efficiency level.
