Study On The Culture Of Full-time Professional Degree By Coupling Of University And Enterpirses

With rapidly development of economy and society, the progress of science andtechnology and the upgrade of the industrial structure make the relations among education,research and production become close, then gradually form an organism. In the process ofeconomic and social development, the continuous deepening of the division of labor promotesthe demand for talent of all walks of life, especially those who have innovation capability andpractical ability. The requirements for knowledge structure, practical ability andprofessionalism of talents are increasing. As the main way to train the application type,compound and high-level expertise talents, professional degree graduate education get moreand more concern and attention from the education sector. Through the cooperation ofuniversity and enterprise to develop a full-time professional degree graduate education, itmakes be a useful attempt. It can use two kinds of educational environment and educationalresources of universities and enterprises, combination the theoretical education with practicaleducation, to train the overall quality and employment competitiveness of students thatsuitable for modern society or the needs of different enterprises.According to the theories of system science and coupling, this paper constructed theanalysis framework of the coupling mechanism of the university and enterprise in the courseof education of Full-time Professional Degree, and analyzed the coupling mechanism of theDevelopment Goals, Human Resources, Education, R&D platform, and Cultural betweenuniversity and enterprise. Based on the relationship of interaction between University andEnterprises, coupling coordinated degree model and its index system were set up by means ofthe synergistic theory. Finally, by taking some universities as samples, we carry out anempirical study on its coupling coordinated degree using the models.The result shows that coupling training of university and enterprises is an important linkin the full-time professional degree graduate education. It exists interaction coupling betweenthem. the coupling coordinated degree between university and enterprises is low, and is in thestage of moderate coordinated coupling; compared to universities, the effect of enterprises tothe full-time professional degree graduate education is smaller; the effect of the couplingfactors of university is exceed than the corresponding of enterprises; the factors plays an different roles whether in university or enterprise. Only university and enterprise could forman composition of forces on the education, the coupling mechanism of the university andenterprise in the course of education of Full-time Professional Degree could be virtuous circle,and then improved the quality of education of Full-time Professional Degree.
