With the c onstant development of information c ommunic ation and network technology, the accelerating pace of knowledge growth, have a tremendous impact fore ducation. Students should be adopted to study and leam what kind of knowledge? Teachers should play what role in the learning process? These issues require us to rethink and treat. To start discusses from the basic concepts of connectivism learning concept, inquiry learning theory, combined with the IAMS platform for teaching practice. To prove the feasibility of using IAMS platform to carry out inquiry learning activities in the primary information technology subject teaching.This study inc lude s the fo llo wing a sp e c ts:By issuing the teachers and students survey and read the literature to found out the difficulties exist in information technology subject teaching of the elementary leveL Seek to solve the problem with the theory and ITsupport.Established using the IAMS platform to carry out inquiry learning activitie s a nd formulate activitie s related to the implementation of the program.According the actual situation in our school, two third grade classes to carry out experimental research. Main purpose is to verify IAMS environment is suitable forthe elementary level, information technology subjects.After the experiment, summarize the teaching cases and the student questionnaire data. Completed this study by teaching refiection and questionnaire s.The research activities purpose of the basis of practice summed up operable teaching experience and design methods face to classroom teachers of primary school stage, and prepare for the future research.
