At present, China’s government to intensity development of rural areas, improve the level of economic development in rural areas, promote rural development towards urbanization. In this process, the infrastructure requires more personnel to participate in the construction of migrant workers to become an important force for economic development in this case, but because of its characteristics, migrant workers low skills, overall professionalism, not high.New generation of migrant workers for skills and cultural knowledge to become the focus of attention of the community. The basic of the majority of the new generation of migrant workers, and employment skills through vocational training,thus contributing to the process of China’s new rural development and the promotion of raising the level of our economy as a whole.In this thesis, the auto repair class professional, for example, through the general to the specific method first analyzes the characteristics of this group of new generation of migrant workers, the shift of the generation of migrant workers employment concepts, namely the shift of employment motivation on the job requirements changes, changes in professional roles, as well as awareness of rights and other changes come out of the current generation of migrant workers facing low income levels, education and occupational skill levels lag, lack of career planning. Vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in this group there is desire for high generation of migrant workers to vocational training but lack the specialized vocational and technical education of the status quo. On this basis, further description of the current auto repair class professional generation of migrant workers vocational training schools and businesses to participate in the training initiative is not strong, single forms of cooperation, lack of depth as well as legal protection is not perfect and other issues. Learn from Germany’s dual vocational training system, cooperation in vocational education in the United States, and Japan’s industry-university cooperation, and explore the full play the leading role of schools and businesses, strengthen the cooperation mechanism and improve the protection mechanism of the new generation of migrant workers vocational training mode.
