After the21st century higher education in China shows the characteristics ofdiversified increasingly, newly established undergraduate college become a vital forcein the higher education system and gradually become an important part of highereducation system in our country, the higher education development in our countryoccupies an extremely important position. As one of the three basic functions ofhigher education, scientific research in the development of higher education has avery important role in the process of status. Therefore, the scientific research work ofnewly established undergraduate college is an important topic of the newlyestablished undergraduate college development.This study used literature method, questionnaire survey method, interviewmethod and SPSS data analysis method, in Liaoning institute of science andtechnology as a case, systematically analyzing the research status and existingproblems of newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course, problemsof influencing factors and coping strategies, expect this particular group of newlybuilt local undergraduate colleges and universities has a certain universal significance.Paper is divided into five parts altogether:The first part: introduction. This part mainly expounds the research reasons,research significance, related literature review, research contents and researchmethods, and several defining the core concepts of this research.The second part: research significance for the development of the newlyestablished undergraduate college. This part mainly from the talent cultivation,discipline construction, faculty, social reputation and popularity, the local economydevelopment to analyze the five dimensions research significance for the developmentof the newly established undergraduate college.The third part: the newly established undergraduate college teachers’ scientificresearch present situation investigation, as a case in Liaoning institute of science andtechnology. This part through the questionnaire and teachers’ scientific research status quo of Liaoning institute of science and technology of college teacher’s interviewresult analysis to summarize the present situation of the newly establishedundergraduate college scientific research, for the smooth progress in this studyprovide some data and empirical material support.The fourth part: newly established undergraduate college teachers’ scientificresearch influence factors present situation existence question and present situationanalysis. This part through the questionnaire and teachers’ scientific research statusquo of Liaoning institute of science and technology on the analysis of the collegeteacher’s interview, from general to specific, reveal the problems universally existingin the newly established undergraduate college teachers’ scientific research, includingthe achievements and problems. The current situation analysis and probe into newlybuilt undergraduate course colleges and universities at the same time by what factorsinfluence and restriction.The fifth part: newly established undergraduate college scientific researchpromotion countermeasures research. This part through the analysis of presentsituation of the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities scientificresearch to put forward countermeasures of newly built undergraduate course collegesand universities scientific research, expect to help promote the development of thenewly established undergraduate college scientific research.
