After the21st century higher education in China shows the characteristics ofdiversified increasingly, newly established undergraduate college become a vital forcein the higher education system and gradually become an important part of highereducation system in our country, the higher education development in our countryoccupies an extremely important position. As one of the three basic functions ofhigher education, scientific research in the development of higher education has avery important role in the process of status.
