At the end of the article, point out the research direction in the future and give suggestions.This research believes that the undergraduate tutorial system of Central China Normal University has made certain achievements, which also has some disadvantages. The main questions include:unclear mentor duties, unreasonable student-faculty ratios, low teacher guide frequency, imperfect mentor evoked mechanism, incomplete teacher incentive mechanism. On this basis, this research thoughts clearing tutor responsibility permissions, optimizing teacher equipped with proportion, specific ting mentor guidance mode, improving teacher guiding frequency, sounding evaluation mechanism and consummating the incentive measures to strengthen the construction of tutorial system.
