In our country, the recruitment of Full-time Professional Degree graduateeducation began in2009, in order to improve the development of the ProfessionalDegree. However, because of the lack of the educating experience and a later startthere are shortages of different extent in the each process of the educating. As weknow, the quality of each link in the process of educating directly influences thequality of the graduate students and the educating quality is a guarantee for thecolleges and universities to convey the high-quality talents to the society. Nowadays,the conflict between the employment difficulty of the graduates and the recruitmentdifficulty of enterprises has become increasingly deepened, which has caused theincreased requirement for the quality of the Professional Degree graduate education toa greater degree. And students as the main body as well as the consumer of the highereducation, they have the intuitive feelings for the education resources and servicesprovided by the school. As a result, basing on the questionnaire survey on full-timeProfessional Degree graduates from5representative universities or colleges in Jiangxiprovince, the author examines the students’ identification about different aspects inthe process of the educating of their own university or college, from which theproblems are found and the corresponding countermeasures suitable to the Full-timeProfessional Degree postgraduate education in our country are put forward.This paper mainly divided into four chapters:In the first chapter, the author mainly analyzes the research background, researchsignificance, research contents and research methods, and combs related researchliterature review.In the second chapter, the author defines the relevant concepts, and distinguishesseveral easily mixed concepts, based on which the author analyzes the influencefactors on training quality of Full-time Professional Degree graduate education.The third chapter is the investigation on the present situation of Full-timeProfessional degree graduate education. The author takes an empirical study on fivecolleges and universities in Jiangxi by using the questionnaire survey to analyze thepresent situation of the Full-time Professional Degree postgraduate training. Based on the analysis of the third chapter, the fourth chapter put forward sixcountermeasures and suggestions, such as reform the enrollment system, increase theinvestment to the construction of the practice base, optimize the curriculum, reformthe teaching mode, actively implement the double tutorial system and build anevaluation system of the professional degree characteristics, in view of the currentexisting problems in the process of the Full-time Professional Degree graduatetraining.
