In order to investigate whether a relation exists between physical exercise, subjective well-being and job performance, and what is the relationship of them. Based on the systematic collection and analysis of domestic and foreign relevant research results, using the research methods of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the above problems are discussed. There is relationship found among them, after empirical researches, and reached the following conclusions:1, The staff to participate in physical exercise in a range of values, physical exercise have a significant positive impact on the level of subjective well-being.2, Subjective well-being is a significant positive correlation with job performance.3, Physical exercise has significant positive influence on job performance of the employees4, Subjective well-being as the intermediary, physical exercise can have a positive effect on employees’ job performance.At the same time, through the analysis of the conclusion, there are several controllable things can be applied to enterprise management:First, when selecting personnel, though the test, you can give priority to higher levels of subjective well-being of people; Secondly, one aspect of individual exercise habits can be selected as the personnel standard in the selection mechanism of the enterprise; Then, facilities and staff activities process can increase the enterprise sports facilities construction investment and sports strength arrangement, also can consider to improve employee job performance of employees through the subjective well-being level of management. From the management point of view, positive effect for the management and development of an enterprise will have multiple levels.
