Nowadays, on the condition that our country advocate developing the vocational education, paying great attention to cultivating the practical technical persons, secondary vocational school should come into the connotation development and produce technical and managerial talent that the society needed which the head teacher plays an irreplaceable position in it. The paper is for the development circumstance of the secondary vocational school in XinYu and the survival and development status quo of the head teacher,based on my seven year’s secondary vocational teacher growth experience, searched some relevant documents of the secondary vocational teacher’s professional development at home and abroad and did some analysis,thinking that:secondary vocational school teacher in charge should achieve specialization,on the one hand, school and educational departments should enact rigid admittance system for the teacher in charge, pay attention to the secondary vocational teacher pre-service training,achieve the head teacher’s professional ization and establish the perfect assessment system, etc. On the other hand the secondary vocational teacher should strengthen their own quality enhancement, with an emphasis on improving head teacher’s coordinated communication ability, ability to organize activities, scientific research ability about professional skills.so as to change the falling ideas that the head teacher are supposed to teach students, working towards constructing a high quality, higher degree of specialization full-time teacher team.The first part:the introduction, explained the background of the subject research, and to define some relative concept about professionalization, secondary vocational school,to review the relevant documents, state the theory,practical significance, the research methods of this subject research.The second part:from the perspective of the professionalization status quo of secondary vocational teacher in Xin Yu, summarize the existing problem of secondary vocational teacher. the papers is in the form of questionnaire survey,we made a conclusion through specific figures and interview; the age of secondary vocational teacher, the academic degree structure is unreasonable, have no desire of taking initiative to be responsible for the head teacher, like "nanny" management, did not receive enough attention, the secondary vocational teacher professional skills should be improved and so on.The third part:combine the author’s several working experience acting as the head teacher, from the secondary vocational teacher’s admittance system, conduct regular professional training and establish reasonable evaluation mechanism, state the secondary vocational teacher is in the professional trouble and the obstacles of developing professionalization currently, also put forward to some corresponding measures...
