Secondary vocational education is education for the youth, for thewhole society. The fundamental purpose is to let people learn the skills andabilities to obtain employment, to become useful talents. The development ofsecondary vocational education makes the youth master certain professionaltechnology, obtian employment smoothly, get rid of poverty and live a lifewith dignity. This is an effective way to promote social justice and achievesocial harmony. The quality of of secondary vocational school students’ moralcharacter, knowledge, skills directly depends on the overall quality of theteachers. The construction of teachers’team restrict school reform,development and improvement. So how to build a high quality of secondaryvocational school teachers has become a problem in front of schooladministrators.In Baotou service management vocational school as an example, basedon the check data, questionnaire survey, analysis and research, and othermethods, on the analysis of the existing literature of the teachers teamconstruction.The author analyzed and researched the teacher structure,school management system, running mechanism and other aspects of Baotouservice management vocational school, and so on to find the following keyproblems: Teachers’ whole quality does not adapt the school developmentdemands; Talent selection mechanism is not scientific; Teachers’ continuingeducation and training mechanism is not perfect, and the less chance forservice training; Some problems exists in "Double type" teachers teamconstruction,which is necessary to reform the teacher evaluation incentivemechanism; Preparation and treatment problem which limits the developmentof teaching staff, etc. Through analyzing the factors affecting the teachersteam construction, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve theteachers’ team construction of Baotou service management of vocationalschool, strengthening the construction of teachers’ professional ethics; improving the selection mechanism of choose and employ persons;strengthening teachers’ continuing education training work, the constructionof "double type" teachers; perfect evaluation incentive mechanism; takingstrong measures to ensure teachers’ treatment.This research topic is aimed at new problems on teachers teamconstruction after the integration of Baotou service management vocationalschool, and it has the reality guiding sense to solve the same kind of teachersteam construction in secondary vocational school. At the same time, the studyis helpful to secondary vocational schools to cultivate high-quality skilledworkers, to provide basic talent guarantee for regional economic development,so as to promote the sound and rapid development of regional economy.
