The rapid development of modern information technology to the development of contemporary education has injected fresh "blood". The national medium and long-term education reform and development outline "clearly put forward" to accelerate the process of education informatization "this goal, and points out that" information technology has a revolutionary influence on education development, must be attached great importance to ". The implementation of the rural middle school information technology course is the important way for promoting the development of the rural middle school education informatization. National education informatization advance process effectively for the rural middle school of information technology provides the hardware and resources to support, but as a result of infrastructure facilities, faculty, and the influence of such factors as the development of information technology curriculum is not perfect. This article, combined with the actual experience in rural schools, the author analyses the enshi autonomous prefecture of hubei province HeFengXian Zouma national center for school information technology course teaching present situation, summarizes the information technology curriculum teaching in rural middle school of existing problems, and puts forward Suggestions to solve these problems.First of all, this article research background, research purpose and significance, research content and method in this paper.Second interview method and questionnaire survey as the main research methods, in Enshi autonomous prefecture of Hubei province Hefeng Zouma national center for the school as an example, the present situation of information technology courses, the attitudes of teachers and students in information technology curriculum and the students’ information literacy from several aspects to investigate. In order to ensure the rationality of the questionnaire, general, logical, before the questionnaire establishment, the author consulting relevant literature, archives, and the part of the sample was preliminary interviews, in after finishing, classified and summarized the content of the interview, develop the content covers a more comprehensive questionnaire.And then statisticed and analyzed the results of investigation. For the recycling questionnaire statistical processing and related analysis, found the hardware construction and maintenance rural middle school education informatization development, teachers’ quality, etc factors.Once again, the existence of rural middle school information technology curriculum teaching problems were found there, specific hardware backward, maintenance difficulties; information technology curriculum has not received enough attention; instructional design of information technology course lack of professional guidance; extreme lack of appropriate teaching resources etc..Fifth, in view of the countryside middle school information technology curriculum teaching in the existing problems, and puts forward the innovation system mechanism, ensure the hardware support, strengthen the teacher training, gathering various education resources, optimizing the teaching mode and methods and so on.Finally make a summary to the whole research, point out the deficiency of this paper,and for the implementation of the rural middle school information technology course.
