During the three decades of reform and opening-up, China’s auto parts industry has obtained great progress thanks to the progressive prosperity of the automotive industry. Auto parts industry as part of un-public-owned enterprises, has made a significant contribution to the growth of the national economy. However, the accompanying labor-capital contradiction increasingly protruding shows. In the premise of building a harmonious society, the greatest harmony for enterprises and employees, is the employees’income growth in the same direction of the enterprise’s development. How to use the wage lever, and adjust the worker pay and the relationship between enterprises to ensure win-win, the collective salary negotiations are the best way to solve. This paper analyzes the issues in the labor-capital relations, explores and discusses the current situation and the potential countermeasures for the implementation of the collective wage negotiations in the auto parts industry. This study aims to advance the wage negotiations toward the health and ordering of the wage distribution system, in order to achieve win-win of enterprises and employees, and hence benefit the rapid and stable development of the China’s auto parts industry.The thesis is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the main background, and writing significance are discussed. The second chapter introduces the basic concepts and theory covered in the thesis, such as wages, wage guidelines, the minimum wage, labor demand theory, the wage system in auto parts industry and the collective wage negotiation, and so on. Chapter III analyzes the current issue when advancing collective wage negotiations in China auto parts industry and explore the reason in detailed. Chapter IV put forward the potential proposal for the further implementation of the collective wage negotiations in the auto parts industry. Chapter V concludes the thesis.
