| At present, there is a common problem in the private enterprises that the scarce of talents are hard to find and important talents or core talents can not be maintained. The brain drain has not only become one of the bottlenecks to hinder the further development of private enterprises, but also may result in human capital operation crisis. Therefore, through setting up and improving the core talents retention mechanism, private enterprise can not only attract and retain talents, but also keep talents play a maximum potential. This method will have a vital importance to the survival and sustainable development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.Since it was founded in2004, Weiyun has experienced several times of core brain drain, which brought a great loss to its operation, not only impact the company’s business, but also make the customer resources loss, and such problems as decline in performance and low morale. How to prevent the brain drain and retain core talents has become an important issue to be solved by Weiyun.Taking Weiyun Co.Ltd as an example, on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research outputs about the reasons of core brain drain, models and talents retention strategies, this paper learn about Weiyun’s basic condition and the current human resources situation by field observation and interview methods, then it can be used to analyze the condition of core brain drain. Through the360-degree feedback method, this dissertation analyzes the reason of brain drain from several aspects, that is the core talents itself, superiors, colleagues, subordinates. By the survey, we find the main reason why the brain drain, that is employees contend they are short of support and the incentive allocation system is unreasonable as well as employees are lack of growth opportunities. Hence, the article put forward retention strategies of core talents from three aspects:First, clearing corporate mission and strategic target and enhancing the company’s cohesion, so that this company can realize the goal of retaining the talents. Second, it is necessary to redesign the incentive allocation system fit for the demand of employees, making employees feel fair and reasonable. Third, in order to provide more growth opportunities for employees, business platform can be set up. What’s more, some measures will be taken to make sure the implementation of core talents retention strategies, which not only include establishing the effective decision-making mechanism, perfecting the corporate governance structure and standardizing business processes, but also setting up information platform, improving the human resources system and building the fair enterprise culture, etc. |
