Study On Typical Reservoirs Health Assessment In Liaoning Province

As a technological means of reservoir management, reservoir health assessment can not only analyze the present situation and existing problems of reservoir ecosystem, but aslo can monitor the effect of reservoir ecological restoration. So it can continuousl provide effective feedback for adaptive management of reservoir health and ecological restoration.Based on "Reservoir Health Assessment Indicators, Standards and Methods(draft)" and "Lake Health Assessment Indicators, Standards and Methods(version 1.0)", also according to the characteristics of the reservoir in liaoning province, this thesis puts forward an indicator system for reservoir health assessment. The indicator system consists of four levels which are goal level(reservoir health), the target layer(ecosystem health and function health), the rule layer(hydrology, physical form, water quality, aquatic life, social services) and index layer(14 indicators). The assessment degree of reservoir healyh include ideal condition, health, sub-health, unhealth and lesion.This thesis introduces the definition of each evaluating index in the index layer, calculation methods and points on the standard. Based on the weight of "Reservoir Health Assessment Indicators, Standards and Methods(draft)" and "Lake Health Assessment Indicators, Standards and Methods(version 1.0)" having given, it has been given on the basis of the weight of the use of subjective and objective weighting method empowerment methods (factor analysis and the method of Entropy) of sub-target layer, criterion layer and index layer, each index weight determination.Taking Dahuofang Reservoir, Shenwo Reservoir, Shifusi Reservoir and Qipanshan Reservoir as examples, according to index calculation metjods for five criteria layers in reservoir health assessment system, this thesis replenishes the data on the base of existing data. The health status of the reservoirs is evaluated and scored by hierarchical evaluation index point and comprehensive weighted methods. The results show that the health score of Dahuofang Reservoir is 67 points, which is in health; the health score of Shenwo Reservoir is 54.5 points, which is in sub-health; the health score of Shifusi Reservoir is 45.4 points, which is in sub-health; he health score of Qipanshan Reservoir is 64.2 points, which is in health.At last, according to the assessment conclusion, the scores of every rule layer and the scores of index, the health problems and the causes of the four reservoir are analyzed. According to the health problems of the four reservoirs, this thesis put forward the corresponding protection measures.
