With the development of international exchanges, more and more students who come from "the non Chinese character cultural circle" choose to study overseas in China. These students have a big obstacle in Chinese learning, which is the studying Chinese character especially in Chinese handwriting. In the teaching of Chinese characters to foreigners, most researchers ignored the study of Chinese characters’ written, so most of the senior students still exist errors in writing which will affect the improvement of Chinese. In fact, if we can focus on how to improve the methods of learning and teaching in Chinese character writing at the primary stage, it will be helpful to the learning of Chinese.In this paper, the writer chooses Poland students who study at the primary stage in Harbin Normal University as the research object, chooses errors in the handwriting of them as the research content. During the study, there are 514 errors collected in writing, including 90 cases of single-element characters and 424cases of synthesis character. By means of analyzing other scholars’ principle in bias class, the type of errors will be divided into 2 categories:the errors in single-element characters and misused characters, the synthesis character and misused characters. The writer will discuss the reasons and principles of these errors in handwritings of Poland students in the paper.The paper gives some implications and suggestions for teaching which are based on the analysis of errors in handwriting of Poland students. The implications of teaching include:taking the correct attitude of learning and teaching in Chinese characters to enhance the writing ability, understanding the characteristics and rules of writing in modern Chinese characters to avoid the fear of difficulty in learning, clarifying the characteristics of the teaching objects to pay attention to distinguish the particularities. The suggestions of teaching include 3 aspects:the teaching of stroke, the teaching of single-element character, and the teaching of compound character.
