The Research On Model Setting And Questionnaire Establishment Of College Psychological Committee Members’ Competency

On this basis of peer counseling, combined with actual Chinese psychologicalhealth education, psychological committee system emerged in China. That is anexploration for Mental health peer educators based peer counseling model,It broke thetraditional pattern that teachers is the leader in psychological health education.However, at present the study of psychological committee members is theoretical,There is almost no empirical research about Psychological members yet.In this study, the psychological members are as research subjects. we collectsome relevant literatures, use the open questionnaire,have a behavioral eventinterview to collect psychological members competency vocabulary.On the basis, weestablish the college psychological committee member competency model, advancethe questionnaire of the psychological committee members’ competency, discussthe differences of the competency score in seven factors on the demographic variables.the study conclusion are as follows:1.College psychological committee members’ competency is composed of sevenfactors, organizational ability, self cognition, motivation, team work, personality traits,work attitude, professional knowledge.2.The college psychological committee member competency questionnaire,which consists of seven factors, has good reliability and validity, and all the indexescan meet the standard of surveying, can be used to assess the competency of collegepsychological committee members.3.The competency level of college psychological committee members isacceptable, but there is still much room for improvement. We sort the score of sevendimension, and the result is as follows, organizational ability<personality traits<motivation<team work, personality<work attitude<professional knowledge.4.through comparative analysising the competency score in seven factors fromthe different demographic characteristics of college psychological committeemembers，we found that gender, major, grade,years of work,native place have ancertain impact on competency level of college psychological committee members.5.based on the psychological committee member competency model, the studyprovides professional advices for the development of psychological committeemembers from three aspects.the recruitment,the training and their own development.
