In 2004, " The information technology curriculum standard of Shanghai primary and middle schools " was issued, which reflected the idea of "the second-round curriculum reform" of Shanghai, clarified the curriculum goal and the content standard in primary and secondary schools, and standardized the selection and design requirements of the teaching strategies and teaching methods. On this basis, the majority of teachers and teaching researchers began the study and exploration of classroom teaching methods of information technology teaching in primary school. This brought the emergence of many teaching methods and teaching designs with outstanding teaching effectiveness and are worthy of popularization, such as task-driving teaching, the project teaching etc. The classroom teaching methods used in this paper based on the learning sheet, is one of the teaching designs which is in accordance with " the second-round curriculum reform" spirits, turned the traditional teacher centered classroom into student-centered teaching design, leads the students to carry on information processing and knowledge construction. At present, domestic research on learning single used in teaching is mainly theoretical research, with less teaching practice research, experimental research on carrying out the teaching effectiveness and is even less. This paper adopts the teaching experiment, questionnaire survey and other research methods, to have a more comprehensive system research of the study single in the application of the primary school information technology teaching. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter has an elaboration of the research background and significance of this paper, the definition of the concept, literature research review, research objectives and content, research methods and process. The second chapter carries out the elaboration of constructivism study theory, humanistic psychology, learning process theory. The third chapter expounds on the experimental hypothesis, experimental object, experimental variables, experimental model, experimental procedures, statistical analysis method of experimental data. The experimental procedure is roughly: the experimental group use learning method based on learning sheet in the classroom teaching, while the control group use information technology routine teaching method in the classroom instead of using the learning single, carries out the evaluation of information technology operation skills and theoretical knowledge of two groups before and after the experiment and after each teaching lesson and carries out the statistical analysis with SPSS. The fourth chapter has an elaboration of the experiment pretest, the experimental preparation, experimental implementation in the experimental research in the process of the implementation, combined with case teaching experiment. The fifth chapter has an elaboration of the experimental results, the result analysis. The sixth chapter has an elaboration of the experimental conclusion and reflection. The experimental results show that: the use of learning teaching method in the classroom teaching based on the learning sheet in primary school information technology disciplines, compared with the conventional teaching method, can improve the students’ operation skill level, but the effect is not significant, and for the raise of student’s level of theoretical knowledge is significant. Students’ recognition of the effect of learning sheet in the learning process and the application of the learning sheet have a positive influence on students’ learning emotion attitude. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the whole.
