"Harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategy is a new kind of teaching strategy, it advocates the preparation before class and autonomous learning in class, emphasizes students communication between each other, mutual support, will be to classroom of time, the right to learn, say, the rights to explore and teaching are returned to the student, can very good to improve students " taught", "fill up" situation, realize the harmonious, dynamic and efficient classroom, so the author on the basis of literature research combined with high school physics discipline characteristic will be the teaching practice in a high school physics classroom of Yanji City, and through the statistical analysis to form conclusions, intended to enrich the teaching of high school physics discipline theory, provide a reference for teachers of effective teaching.The paper in action research is conducted on the basis of literature research, the application of questionnaire investigation to the "harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategy in the high school physics teaching effect before and after the implementation of the student’s study situation of the investigation and analysis. The full text altogether six parts, the first part puts forward the research question, the study of "harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategy present situation investigation, to determine the purpose of this study, significance, ideas and methods. The second part is the introduction to the theory of teaching strategy, specifically expounds the concept of "harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategy definition and the connotation, basic features, theoretical basis, and in the high school physics teaching practice, the feasibility of the teaching practice to lay the foundation for the follow-up. The third part investigates two classes of students’ physical learning condition from a high school in Yanji City, and the survey results are analyzed. The fourth part expounds the "harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategy in high school physics teaching in the implementation of foundation as well as the specific case analysis. Fifth part to effect has carried on the investigation and analysis.The sixth part from the influencing factors of "harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategy to give suggestions and to reflect on the shortcomings of the article. The experimental results show that "harmony and mutual assistance" teaching strategies on students’ learning interest, learning motivation, learning methods and learning effect is superior to traditional teaching, a better role in promoting.
