In the twentieth century, quality education needs to develop the people who have highly scientific literacy and humanistic quality. In order to develop more talents who are suitable of the development of this period, our country constantly issued new teaching guidelines and policies. The new curriculum standard was issued and carried out formally in 2011. Advocate taking the teacher as the leading, taking the student as the main body, the classroom back to the student’s teaching idea.Obviously, the traditional teaching mode is not able to reflect the concept of the teaching.Then it is particularly important to find a kind of teaching mode that is free of teachers and suitable for students’ quality cutivation. “15+30”, a new teaching model is the improvement and creation of the traditional classroom teaching model in China. And it is defined by time distribution, aiming to stress the dominant position of students. On their secondary education, where the counties, for example, on the "15 + 30" Classroom Teaching Mode in middle school physics teaching conducted more in-depth analysis of the survey, synthesize the literature and practice of teaching and research. And also the research of this kind of teaching mode has certain function to the reform of physics classroom teaching in middle school.Reinforce the extensive literature review of the theoretical basis to determine the “15 + 30” classroom teaching mode operability. To investigate the status of teaching as the basis, so that teachers learn to think the classroom, and in constant practice and reflection in classroom improvements and innovations. Get experience with the same subject teachers in conversation, change teaching ideas. Through practical operation, set up in everyday teaching experimental class, control class, and study in many ways, identify problems and to reflect on the “15 + 30” to improve classroom teaching model to determine its usefulness.The paper states the basic requirements and links of this classroom teaching model “15+30”, and demonstrate it by different forms of cases.Through the implementation of the “15+30” teaching mode, it is good to improve the teaching process is not active, students learning habits, learning enthusiasm is not high phenomenon.Through a period of observation and student achievement than the right, find the middle reaches of the larger student progress, underachiever ability also improved.Experimental class student’s progress, full recognition of the “15 + 30” practicality classroom teaching mode. The implementation of “15+30” classroom teaching mode, change the student’s learning style, improve the students’ learning ability, promote students’ comprehensive development. Only students take the initiative to participate in the classroom is the students learning, and effectively improve the learning efficiency, in order to better achieve the teaching goal, the real realization of high efficiency. We will further improve the "15+30" classroom teaching mode, so that more students benefit, so that more and more children love learning, active learning. This will also promote the teaching ability and scientific research ability of physics teachers in our county.The application and study of this classroom teaching model can further carry out the teaching work and be good for crating high-effective classrooms. I firmly believe that, in the near future, we carefully cultivate each student can better adapt to the society, better survive, get higher quality of life.
