"The main problems" are "extremely important" problems,which can effectively simplify the teaching ideas, reduce the excess,excessive meticulosity and disorder of classroom questionings. Many language teachers have realize it and decided to start to design "the main problem" and applied to the teaching practice.Relying on the people of Chinese textbooks for junior middle school,the article took "the main problem" of developing reading skills design in junior middle school as the object of research, adopted the methods of case analysis,literature analysis and so on and carried out specific analysis on the "the main problems" of developing reading skills design on the existing problems and causes,and on the basis of relevant teaching concepts to put forward the corresponding solution strategies,in order to serve the Chinese developing reading skills,thus to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.After understanding and analyzing the problems on developing reading skills and present status,from the characteristics of connotation of "the main problems",the analysis of the design of "the main problem" on this present situation as well as the "main problem" design strategy and the problems should be paid attention to,the content of the paper put forward ideas,in order to provide reference for the developing reading skills of the junior middle school.The full text is divided into five parts,including introduction and four chapters. The introduction part point out the research’s origin,research’s content and research’s significance. The first chapter is the cognition of the main problems,and talked about the understanding of the connotation of the main problems,the definition of the concepts and related characteristics.The second chapter is the present situation of the main problems through the classroom’s cases to analyze the main problems for the current situation for causes.The third chapter is a study of on situation of the main problems’ design strategies,and mainly from the perspective of the teaching objectives text,teacher, student to analyze the design of the main problems,and to summarize the main problems design in the application of teaching. The fourth chapter combined with their own teaching,and put forward problems should be paid attention to in the design of the main problems.The use of the main problems in teaching is an effective way of developing reading skills,the researcher through this way wanted to improve the efficiency of developing reading skills.
