Reading is to the mind, mental enlightenment, while reading the mind and heart of the dialogue, when reading the life of the warmth of life. "Interest is the best teacher." If the student can regard reading as a kind of interest, leisure activities, reading will no longer is an obstacle to the language learning. Students reading needs, from deep inside of extracurricular reading to unremitting pursuit, so as to obtain knowledge. In teaching, and open the students to read the best period of time, teachers should help students set up reading interest as own duty, explore the new way of Chinese education.In the 21 st century is the century of information society. An important feature is the network information society. Today, we can very clearly feel that, Internet is changing people’s work, study and life style. It showed a new and broad learning method, network technology has changed the traditional way of reading, enrich the people the amount of information. As is known to all, to increase the students’ reading quantity, only the classroom teaching is not enough. Based on the above analysis and thinking, how to make use of network advantages, the organic combination of extracurricular reading and primary school reading teaching, elementary student’s reading interest and improve their reading ability, is that we need to research topic.This paper break the traditional way of reading teaching, bold attempt to "network reading teaching". Through detailed investigation and study to the students’ reading habits, the analysis of features of today’s reading environment, to explore elementary school reading teaching and extracurricular reading method of effective connection, starting from the content, timing, effectiveness, make reading teaching and extracurricular reading to integrate the best solution. In addition, there will be Chinese reading of informative, interesting, useful, practical, creative and effective use of all kinds of curriculum resources, integration of the two reading environment of classroom and network, provide new ideas for elementary school reading education. At the same time this paper also use of dialectics, two sides look at problems, objectively in this paper, the use of extracurricular reading the advantages and disadvantages of online, and countermeasures are analyzed.In this paper according to the research content, the object of study on the questionnaire survey, field investigation, visiting and discussion, understand the status quo of the current reading and collecting teachers, parents and students for their "extracurricular reading online advice, form analysis report. In the process of research, for successful case teaching strategies of the collection, display, analysis, research and summarize, made the fragmentary information system, clear to facilitate further research. Through a series of studies, showed a new and broad learning method, make people aware of the network technology can change the traditional way of reading, is a complement of reading education.
