Nowadays,people pay more and more concern on the tardily development of teacher specialization of secondary professional education,which has become a key link of restricting the development of vocational education.Therefore,this research was conducted in Chengdu Electronic Information School, hopping to explore out the countermeasure to propel the Secondary Vocational School Teacher Specialization Development.This research was taken as “ theoretical guidance- Case Studies- Reflection Construction.”and follow this logical thinking:specification analysis,“what should be the problem”—descriptive analysis,“what is the problem”—reflection analysis,“what cause the problem”,and “how to solve the problem” 。Finally, based on the above analysis and argumentation, this research will establish flexible and effective strategy on the the secondary vocational school teacher specialization development.The research was taken Chengdu Electronic Information School teachers as object study, through literature analysis, conduct research questionnaires and interviews and other research methods. It aims to understand the development status of Chengdu Electronic Information School teacher professional, present problems,find the reasons and put forward suggestions. The survey found that the presence of Chengdu Electronic Information School teachers: 1.faculty structure is irrational;2.teachers’ professional level is not high; 3.teaching and research capacity needs to be developed; 4.lack of education and other characteristics of the problem.From the teacher’s own terms and conditions of the external environment analysis Causes of the problems, through the training objectives of teacher professional development, training and institutional guarantee system,it put forward three specific recommendations.This paper is divided into three chapters, the first chapter is the introduction,taken on the basis of theoretical summary and the definition of coreconcepts of secondary vocational school and the meaning of teacher specialization development.The second chapter is the status of teacher professional development in Chengdu Electronic Information School, taking Chengdu Electronic Information School survey as the research object, unfolded through actually surveying,interviewing, analyzing, argumentation and summary,it provides the present situation and existing problems of teacher specialization of Chengdu Electronic Information School.The third chapter is to promote the idea of Chengdu Electronic Information School teachers’ professional development, it proposed ways to promote teacher development of school specialization of Chengdu Electronic Information School,which has important theoretical and practical significance on the further development of teacher specialization of secondary professional education.
