A Comparasive Study On The Selection And Arrangement Of Lu Xun’s Works In Chinese Textbook Of Junior Middle School

With the implementation of the eighth curriculum reform, more and more teaching materials edited according to the new standard has been used all over the country.Nowadays,the number of Lu xun’s works appeared in the textbooks attracts much attention of people from all walks of life quickly.Although the teaching of Lu xun’s works has always been a focus of academic studies,the selection and arrangement still need to give a further study.At first, this paper will take teachers and students who use Chinese book of Hebei version and PEP version as examples to do a sample survey.At the same time,it will also analyze Lu xun’s works and some existing problems in the textbooks of these two versions.In the second part,it will do some comparison with the selection system, read system, and practice system of Lu xun’s works in these two versions of textbook.In addition, the selection system will make some comparisons from the number of article, the title, and the arrangement. The reading system will make comparison from three aspects :introduction, illustration, and annotation. Practice system will mainly make comparisons from the number of exercises, cognitive level,and the angle of "title".From comparisons above, researcher finds that Hebei version is better than PEP version from the perspective of article election and article arrangement. However, Hebei version has no reading guide and few illustrations.What’s more,of the cognitive level of exercise is relatively low. On the contrary, the illustration and exercises in the PEP version are much more reasonable and suitable.Nevertheless, the election and arrangement of article in the PEP version is unmatched with student’s cognitive level and the reading guide and illustration are rather useless. Besides,the exercise of these two versions has not been completely conform to the requirements of the "titled" to the set of questions.In the last part, this paper will give some suggestions on the election and arrangement of Lu xun’s works in the textbook according to the comparison, the questionnaire survey results and related theory.These suggestions are:in the selection system, selection criteria should be clear and change existing scattered distribution;in the reading system, it is necessary to set up reasonable guide, precise annotations and high-quality illustrations; in the practice system, it will be helpful to edit the book from the aspects of establishing situation, reflecting sequence, guiding students and paying more attention to inspire thinking,etc.
