O2O mode is Online to Offline, the concept was first proposed by the United States in the field of electronic commerce, in the extensive development of the Internet today, O2 O model has not just for business, apply equally to traditional education, education O2 O model has been the rise in social training market, However, most of these businesses will O2 O model used in the course of their own product sales, there is no teaching or teaching content to effectively promote and improve. And the fast development of modern society, information is serious, the students accepted the amount of information compared with a decade ago, compared to its number of times, this phenomenon has led to the development of students differentiated, displayed in individual students and groups of students at all levels of personality the trend of more and more serious, traditional education can not adapt if the changes this personalized direction, it is difficult with a perfect teaching process and achieve good teaching results.This paper analyzes the formal education O2 O model with its own characteristics, from the perspective of teaching, go deep into the teaching process, explore education O2 O patterns on various stages of teaching high school students personalized learning. Through literature study, the combination of theory and ideological individualized teaching, analysis teaching needs of individual students and groups to Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire in part, analysis of the current students for teaching, links and content of the degree of satisfaction, for the purposes of personality of primary and secondary education for reference.
