Although the current secondary vocational school graduates have strong professional skills, their professional ethics problems cause the attention of the whole society gradually, even becomes the bottleneck of affecting their vocational development. Innovating a new professional ethics education mode and improving the quality of professional ethics education is an important problem of the current secondary vocational school moral education.This paper focuses the professional ethics education problems in secondary vocational school as the research object, analyzes the current situation of professional ethics education from the basic elements, states the problems of the professional ethics education, evaluates the current education model, analyses the current vocational moral education pattern for the new environment and problems. The paper also puts forward the basic connotation of the new mode, which is characterized by "five" of professional ethics education operating mode.The paper adopts the combination of the research method and the case analysis method, surveys through the sample school statistics, analyzes the basic situation and main problems of the professional ethics education for the current secondary vocational school in system, confirms the goal of occupational moral education innovative mode. Fully analyzes the constituent elements of the moral education pattern on the basis of carding the problem, puts forward the professional ethics education of the "five" from the building of elements. Namely, professional ethics education goals realistic, professional ethics education procession of double post structure, professional ethics education teacher bilateral, professional ethics education students accept courses and training in whole life and professional ethics education assessment of enterprise subjectification.
