Research On The Education Mode Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Modern Vocational Education System

CPC Central Committee’s “decisions on several major issues about deepening reform" clearly put forward reforms in the field of education. The proposal of a modern vocational education system is not only conducive to better meet the needs in cultural and social development of high-quality skilled labors, to industrial development to play its due role, so as to promote the development of China’s economy, but also deepen the education reform in our country, to enhance China’s comprehensive national strength, to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In this paper, using the modern vocational education system as background, the theory of talent training modules as the breakthrough point, the purpose is to solve the practical problems in higher vocational education. From the definition of modern education system, personnel training mode of the core concept of the education mode of Higher Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi Province This paper researched and practiced on the theory of all-round development based on the vocational education thought and Marx economics in perspective, by definition, investigation, case studies and other methods. Analysis the status quo of higher occupation education in our country and the trend of development of modern vocational education reform in the system, mechanism and mode of education innovation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the system of inquiry, and combined with the case, trying to answer questions and confusion of modern vocational education mode of education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the system, and put forward the countermeasures training target and talent the cultivation of talents.After data collection- data processing- data analysis- theoretical explorationInvestigation and analysis- countermeasures research, starting from the theoretical analysis of the problem, through combing the education mode of the five aspects of practical experience, review the research status and research significance, and introduces the theoretical perspectives and research methods; defined the modern vocational education system in several core concepts. To develop a comprehensive theory of Marx economics, as a theoretical support and technical education from the occupation and education policy perspectives on modern vocational education system construction were discussed; by 300 students of two higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi province conducted a questionnaire survey, find problems in the process of implementing the pilot and, in a higher vocational college in the sample as a case to make a supplement to the questionnaire; and finally puts forward some suggestions on the development path in the mode of education in higher vocational colleges, for China’s modern vocational education system to build a reasonable exploration practice, so as to develop in line with current and future social development needs of high-quality technical talents.
