Since the new curriculum reform, teachers pay more attention to the recommendations and guidance of primary school Chinese extracurricular reading,but the teachers attach importance to the evaluation is far from enough. The survey found that the current evaluation system of extracurricular reading research about primary language in Yunnan is almost to vanishing point, and the theory and practice of the extracurricular reading assessment is still in its primary stage. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the primary language of extracurricular reading in further study.In this paper, I selected four representative schools in Kunming for the survey, and I made a deep study and Analysis on it. I’m trying to construct a set of suits the actual utilization feasibility strong evaluation system for the extracurricular Reading of Chinese in Primary School.This paper mainly adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey method,interview method, comparative method, case method and mathematical statistics method, and I have been using these methods to study what I have already got. After the comprehensive and detailed study, the present situation of primary school language extracurricular reading assessment in Kunming is not optimistic. It shows that teachers and students to carry out the evaluation of Chinese extracurricular reading attitude is positive, but there were still some problems, such as: school pay not enough attention to the evaluation, there is no uniform evaluation criteria, the lack of communication between the valuator, single evaluation content, Poor evaluation results and so on. Based on the problems of investigation,according to the relevant theoretical basis and《language curriculum standards》, I initially constructed a set of diversified evaluation system. It mainly includes the following aspects:the evaluation standard of primary school Chinese extracurricular reading、 evaluation subject、evaluation content、evaluation methods、reasonable use of the evaluation results and the security mechanism and the evaluation of the extracurricular reading,and provides some relative 、reference cases.A diversified evaluation system constructed in this paper is based on the existing problems of primary school Chinese extracurricular reading evaluation, it can be more scientific and comprehensive reflect the whole situation of extracurricular reading,it can effectively give play to appraisal function of examination、diagnosis、feedback and motivation, and to promote the effectiveness of primary school extracurricular reading, and it will further increase the level and ability of pupils extracurricular reading.
