Research On Dairy Supply Chain Traceability System And Its Pre-warning Model

China’s dairy safety issues occurred frequently in recent years, it seriously affected thedomestic dairy market. In order to restore customers’ consumer confidence and demand, andmaintain the healthy development of the dairy industry, it’s necessary to strengthen the dairysupply chain security risk control, and ensure safety of dairy production and product quality.According to the study of food safety "from farm to table" about concept for the overallmanagement, risk analysis, and the principle of transparency, the establishment anddevelopment of food safety traceability system and pre-warming management, they’re notonly the requirements to improve the level of Chinese food safety and risk management, butalso the global trends in food safety management. Therefore, this issue with the perspective ofthe dairy supply chain, in-depth analysis of the whole dairy supply chain business processes,and then establish a traceability platform, so that we can achieve the supply chain traceabilityand safety risk pre-warning function at the same time.Firstly, the various business aspects of dairy supply chain are analyzed in detail, andthrough the Petri net modeling of business processes, we can establish a traceabilityinformation flow key link of the dairy supply chain. And then the use of technology in thesupply chain data collection and coding schemes are analyzed, information collection and datarelated to all aspects of the process are described, so that we can expand the traceabilityinformation flow key link into a traceability information networks. By analyzing theadvantages and disadvantages of existing traceability model, I propose a hybrid traceabilitymodel of dairy supply chain and the horizontal-vertical two-stage query. For the purpose ofsupply chain information collection and analysis application, and based on the consumers,enterprise and government’s demand for traceability information inquiries, the traceabilityplatform is proposed.Based on supply chain traceability information data base which is built by thetraceability platform, we can also achieve the function of dairy supply chain security riskpre-warning management. First, the structure and operational processes of dairy supply chainsecurity risk pre-warning system are defined, as well as analysis of the relationship betweenpre-warning and monitoring combined with the application of traceability. Then, based onDHI reports and HACCP management practices, a security risk pre-warning indicator systemof dairy supply chain is established. And then the pre-warning model based on BP neuralnetwork is build, and an example is given. Finally, in order to provide decision supportmechanism for the security risk pre-warning, a pre-warming knowledge base is designed base the CBR.
