Research Focused On Rural Water Supply Problems In Changde, Hunan

Abstract:The problem of rural drinking water has a significant impact on the stability of our society and the sustainablility of economic development. improving rural drinking water supply level, increasing rural drinking water project construction, are not only the need to build a new socialist countryside, but also the inevitable requirement of a harmonious society. To promote rural drinking water supply projects standardized, scientific, scientific and engineering play the maximum benefit, decision-making and management methods, rationalization imminent, to further establish the characteristics suitable for rural water supply project in the scientific evaluation system to optimize decision-making scheme.The object of this study is the status of rural drinking water in Changde, the first step is to provide theoretical support for rural drinking water supply problem solving Hunan by introducing new public management, new institutional economics, multi-center governance and externality theory. Reuse of literature and field research method of combining, more detailed the status of rural drinking water supply in Hunan were analyzed. Geographic differences in demand conditions in Hunan Province brought about by insufficient supply of funds and inefficient management mechanism is the main reason for inefficient supply.
