The Comparative Study On Investment Environment Of Central And Eastern Parts Of China

Investment is one of the important powers in promoting economic growth. The pros and cons of the investment environment is the decisive factor when investors make investment decisions. Since the reform and opening-up policy, the development of our country has been grown rapidly and the overall investment environment has been greatly improved. But due to their own conditions between regional and national policy differences, there is a big differentiation in different parts of China. Because the regions of central and eastern are similar in various conditions, it is important to analyze the theoretical and realistic significance on the two regional investment environments evaluation. In this paper, starting from the existing domestic and abroad research results in the investment environment, the author has combed the important factors that affect the investment environment, built the index system, and used the factor analysis method to analysis. To prove the validity of the evaluation index system, the author compares the index system of the initial evaluation results with the Chinese academy of social sciences, according to the evaluation results to analyze the reason of the difference and revises the system. Finally take advantage of the modified indicator system to evaluate the investment environment of central and eastern regions. It is concluded that the expansion of people’s living standard gap, unreasonable industrial structure, the backward financial development, lack of large enterprises are the main reasons in causing the investment environment gap.In this paper, the research contents involves two levels. The first is the investment environment of theoretical analysis and the second is the empirical analysis of the evaluation in central and eastern regional investment environment. Around the theme, this paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction, including the introduction of the research background and research significance making clear about the research contents and methods and analyzing the possible innovations and insufficiencies. The second chapter, the author combs the investment environment of the theory of literature from the point of view of time and space andintroduces the theory of international trade and international direct investment theory in order to provide theoretical basis for the construction of the investment environment evaluation system. In the third, fourth and fifth chapters, this paper compares different evaluation methods and illustrates the advantages of the selection of factor analysis and the reasons. Use the method of qualitative analysis to study the four main factors affecting the investment environment in central and eastern regions-economic development, natural resources, infrastructure and social culture. And then confirms the principle of the construction of investment environment evaluation system, analyzes the elements affecting the investment environment, finally determines the initial evaluation system. The Sixth chapter, firstly analyzes the initial investment environment evaluation system on two regional investment environment, and then uses the evaluation results to compare with the Chinese academy of social sciences in order to analyze the reason of the difference and revise the system. Then use the modified indicator system of investment in central and eastern regions environment for empirical analysis. In the chapter 7, this article proposes conclusions based on the results of empirical analysis, and put forward policy suggestions from the macroscopic aspect. Besides, in the end the paper has a suggestion on the prospect and direction of further research.
