In recent years with development of economic and social level in Q inghai province, the development of economy is bound to consume resources, the consumption of resources can bring negative effect to the environment 。 The development of salt lake mineral resources would be an impact to the fragile ecological environment in Q inghai province, so the development of mining enterprises must be in the range of environmental carrying capacity for the harmonious development of econo my and environment. The study of Salt lake environmental capacity of mineral resources is to analyze the present situation of salt lake environmental capacity in order to improve our environment, to move better green with green mining.First of all, the dissertation analysis the present situation of Qinghai salt lake development, environmental characteristics, impactation on the environment of salt lake of Q inghai province’s and the present status of environmental governance in Qinghai province.We put forward the definition and calculation formula environmental bearing capacity of salt lake mineral resources.Second, build the environmental capacity model of Q inghai salt lake mineral resources development with the method of system dynamics, and select salt distribution counties and cities as the spatial distribution of the border. The time boundary is from 2007 to 2020. The system includes three subsystems, resources subsystem and environment subsystem as carrying side, economic and social subsystem as the pressure side. Then select the evaluation, and ultimately select 15 indicators.Then the dissertation is to calculate the formula, input data, get the simulation value, credibility inspection from 2007 to 2012, then find that deviation rate within the range. Then we can get the model predictions from 2013 to 2020, the predicted value, resources, environment and economic and social subsystems respectively each index forecast, get 2013 to 2020 o f Q inghai salt lake industry development situation, analysis of bearing capacity changes.Finally, we design the main influence factors of the system pressure side, build a model for the development of salt lake, so we can get a development model relying mainly on investment analysis, meeting the market demand and the development of talent development, then put forward a series of supporting measures.The dissertation analysise the environmental bearing capacity of mineral resources in Q inghai province, and it is concluded that the current development status of the environment carrying capacity of Q inghai salt lake resources. Then we predict trends of the environment carrying capacity from 2013 to 2020,and put forward the development model, in order to promote green of qinghai salt lake industry development process and the harmonious development process between the environment and economy.
