Construction And Application Of Enterprise Knowledge Management System Based On Social Network

The application of Knowledge Management System (KMS) can effectively improve the enterprise’s core competence and innovation ability, also can help to reduce running cost to the great extent and meet requirements of users. How to build up and operate KMS rationally becomes the focus issue for all enterprises.The social networks of the enterprises interact tightly in knowledge Ba, which provides the interactive environment of communion and opportunity for knowledge agents. What’s more, these networks also be viewed as the knowledge sharing platform. Through the social network connection relationship, the position, transfer path and the type of tacit knowledge are easy to get, which greatly facilitates enterprise knowledge discovery and innovation, and promotes the SECI processes of knowledge.Based on a large number of literatures, we analyzed the knowledge management status and knowledge demands of enterprise, a practical system design goal was put forward. Then, detailed design to the system was carried on. The system’s working principle, level and working process were studied, and the management suggestions were put forward to make the system’s implementation success. This paper provided a new view to design the enterprise knowledge management system.The main contents of this article are as follows:1.Integrate social network theory into the SECI process of the enterprise knowledge management. It is thought that the social network Ba promotes knowledge activities, and built a enterprise knowledge management system model based on the social network in theory;2.Knowledge network layer, knowledge argent network layer and social network layer are three parts of the system operation; The system’s working process are analyzed.3.The B/S model based on three layers of the system architecture are built, and presentation layer, application layer, and data layer combined with the function modules are detailed introduced;4.Give suggestions to ensure successful implementation of the system in four parts: set up a learning organization, cultivation from knowledge sharing culture, build Knowledge incentive examination mechanism, and finally, maintain the stability of the social network Ba.
