With the deepening of reform and opening up process, tourism industry ushered in the unprecedented opportunities for development, all kinds of the vigorous development of the scenic area, the formation of competition in the tourism brand. Combined with people’s living standard has improved, and the idea of further results in the stagnation of the development of several suburban scenic spot, and then to the suburban scenic spot of the local economy, social environment produced a series of influence. Products, of course, be identical drab, lack of cultural connotation, extensive management, and other issues, is due to the tourism product itself is not updated, attraction is not enough, the scenic spot of brand competitiveness weakened, to the point of view of tourism destination life cycle theory can be explained by a decline in the development of tourism products.Based on The scenic spot of MinGang Wenzhou as an example, this paper refer to the related literature at home and abroad, and research with the help of SWOT analysis, this paper established the scenic spot bad tide, the advantages of using the tourism destination life cycle theory scientifically defined at the stage where scenic spot of MinGang Wenzhou, and further explore on its tourism product upgrading, put forward countermeasures for upgrade path and development of the tourism products, and gives a reasonable planning advice, for upgrading old scenic spot of transformation. This paper is divided into the following six parts:Chapter 1,introduction. Mainly elaborated the selected topic background and research significance, introduced the domestic and international relevant research results about the tourism product upgrade, and put forward the research framework and methods of this article.Chapter 2, The scenic spot of MinGang Wenzhou. Reviewing the development of scenic spot, combing the existing and potential tourist resources, analyses the present internal and external factors, combed The scenic spot of MinGang Wenzhou tourism comparative advantage, obvious disadvantages, the development opportunity and threat.Chapter 3,holidaying cycle theory. This chapter introduces the origin of the tourism destination life cycle theory, model and application, and through the tourist behavior characteristics, local residents perception and attitudes towards tourism development and supply system of tourism destination lifecycle from three aspects, the scientific community set the scenic spot of the tourism destination life cycle phase, for the next phase of tourism product upgrade provides a fundamental basis.Chapter 4, The scenic spot of MinGang Wenzhou tourism product development present situation and the analysis of the tourism product development present situation, summarizes the purpose of, vacationing industry, special type, ecological and other four types of tourism products, and the existing tourist demand of tourism products to grasp species and not allowed to travel, the grade of the product supply to upgrade, deepen the negative effect of social environment and other issues has carried on the profound analysis, established the reasonable development principles, and from the relocation, rebranding, reengineering products, updates, marketing and so on four directions tourism product upgrade path is proposed.Chapter 5, tourism product upgrades for the scenic spot of relevant countermeasures.
