The Research Of "STG" Project’s Running Mold Of DY City

The“STG”of DY city is the key project in the first phase of National University Science Park’s high-tech zone. At present, the "STG" project is still under constructed, it doesn’t go to the total operational period, therefore we need to look for the "STG" project’s new developing ideas and its operating mode in order to promote the project to develop smoothly and rapidly. Firstly,in this paper we introduce some theories about the "STG" project’s functions and running mode. Drawing lessons from the practical experience of National University Science Park in home and abroad, we believe that the "STG" project should adhere to the market, get the support from DY city government, form its unique advantage and cultivate its core competitiveness. Secondly, in this paper we introduce the "STG" project’s overviews, analyze the project’s current management mechanism. Based on the investigation we find the main problems existing in the "STG" project’s running in order to do some further study of the "STG" project’s running mold. Thirdly, in this paper basing on the participations of the "STG" project and their functions, we define driving factors of the "STG" project. By analyzing these driving factors we build up the running mold——“business operation-MC Management-market leading”for the "STG" project’s long-term development. And we propose mechanisms of going into the project, distribution of benefits, incentives and getting out of the project according to the situation of the project’s operating mechanism. At last, in this paper we take some measures about how to make the "STG" project run smoothly and constantly.
