The text of this translation practice report is chosen from the published articles in Japan's asahi weekly "the voice of heaven is the voice of people" section from November 24,2015 to January 9,2016.This section published a critical article which is concise and powerful,independent-minded,on a daily basis, except the fixed rest day.Selecting this text not only can enhance the translation ability, but also will give some inspiration the ups and downs of life, social status, and the world situation. This article begins with the topic of Japanese historical and cultural allusions, and then comes with the trenchant and perceptive comments on current affairs. The text involves a lot with Japanese history and culture and thus how to reproduce the allusive,in the translation of the original and has become a big problem. The Vermeer's Skopostheories emphasizes the translation with the original to achieve functional equivalence, which is a good answer to what principles should apply to solve the problem.Based on the expected function of the target text, the translator chooses the best processing method according to the various contextual factors in the process of translation. Therefore, this paper will use Skopostheorie as the theoretical guidance for the translation practice, and discuss how to choose and use the translation method in the process of translation which regard the translation as a bridge between the original author and the target reader. This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the characteristics of the translated text and the main content of Skopostheories. The second chapter describes the preparation of translation, the methods and skills of translation and the translation process. The third chapter discuss the methods to deal with the difficulties in translation, such as the division translation, combination translation, addition and subtraction, literal translation and free translation, and the principles to be followed under the guidance of Skopostheories, from the real examples of the following three perspectives of Idioms and sentences.Under the theoretical guidance of Vermeer's Skopostheories, this report strives to maximize the reduction of the charm in translation,by using a variety of translation methods, which is also easy for the readers to accept and further understand the essence of the original text.It will be a great honor if it plays a certain role in helping accurately grasping the cultural differences between China and Japan, and processing better language research and translation.
