Comprehensive teaching method is developed by the eclectic teaching method,which is originated from the foreign language teaching.It is developed by cited by our foreign language teaching community.Comprehensive teaching method abandons single fixed teaching methods and advocates to use various teaching methods flexibly,which effectively learns from the essence of foreign second language teaching method according to different teaching objects,teaching content and actual teaching situation and avoids defects.Combined with the characteristics of Chinese,we shall solve pointedly the problems in teaching,and thus it is different from any previous specific teaching methods.The author combines the practice experience and teaching cases of Chinese teachers in China and Thailand for four months,takes the comprehensive teaching method as the research object of Thai Chinese classroom teaching practice and takes Thai college students as the teaching object.According to the study purpose and characteristics of students,the teaching design of comprehensive teaching method is carried out.The practice of comprehensive teaching method in the classroom teaching of Thai and Chinese is expounded from the three stages of early observation,mid-term adjustment and later improvement,and the teaching situation is presented and analyzed.Finally,according to the successful cases of author's teaching practice,the author makes a case analysis for the four aspects of phonetics,vocabulary,grammar and culture.This study of paper is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.It is divided into three chapters to explain the source of subject,that is,the purpose and significance of study and research methods.The second part is the literature review of comprehensive teaching method.This chapter will discuss the current situation of research on the comprehensive teaching method at home and abroad and summarize the definition and characteristics of comprehensive teaching method.The third part carries out a detailed research on the current situation of Chinese teaching in Surat Thani Royal University.The fourth part is divided into three stages to develop teaching programs and carries out detailed analysis on the whole teaching process and effect by combining with the present situation of teaching in Surat Thani Royal University.The fifth part introduces respectively the successful application of comprehensive teaching method in Chinese class.The sixth part is the author's some conclusions and suggestions for Chinese class.
