Disabled people are the focus of this paper.Support for the disabled community has become a way to support the disabled.Emphasis on community-based care for people with disabilities because of the support of the disabled,the community has a strong support for the disabled.The definition of community support includes two meanings,that is,relying on the community and returning to the community.On the one hand,the development of community support that focus on the basic status of the community must rely on this fundamental force.On the other hand,as the basic structure of community and social life,the Xiaoyi disabled person rely on community,the disabled community care to help them gradually into the real living environment of the community,to return to the society.The core of this paper is the analysis of the current situation of the community support for the disabled in Xiaoyi,and the present situation of the supply and demand in Xiaoyi is studied.According to the analysis of the current situation of finding problems and the reasons of the disabled from other developed countries and regions experience,take measures to carry out community care for the disabled,the disabled community care and the care of persons with disabilities system contribution.The reasons for the Xiaoyi disabled person community care has put forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as getting the disabled community supporting local regulations support,innovation disabled service concept,strengthening community infrastructure and improve the satisfaction,strengthening the disabled community construction and support volunteer service support,giving full play to the role of community residents,by these measures to perfect the Xiaoyi disabled person community care.
